01 / Ownership

The part I owned

I designed, built, tested, and shipped the production site solo in under a week, then expanded it with database-backed inventory, authentication, and private media workflows.

02 / Engineering decisions

What made the system hold together.

01

Make localization structural

Arabic and English live in locale-prefixed routes, so language survives direct links, browser navigation, refreshes, and search indexing without client-only state.

02

Separate media from records

Vehicle data lives in PostgreSQL while private image objects and exact versions live in B2, connected through explicit upload and cleanup boundaries.

03

Test the journeys that sell

Responsive behavior, accessibility, contact URLs, inventory filtering, and authenticated management flows are covered as product journeys rather than isolated components alone.

03 / Outcome

What exists now

The dealership has an Arabic-first, mobile-ready sales surface with localized routes, SEO, WhatsApp conversion paths, and an administration area for managing the inventory customers see.
